James as a conditioning, learning and performance training center for executive sales leaders to learn and apply best in class practices, strategies and resources for every component of a sales leaders job in the new economy. What's different about SEI over other Sales Coaching? First we work with CEO's and sales leaders with underperforming sales organizations who know that sales training is not the fix. Second, our objective is to leverage Spiritual Capital and exact a high emotional commitment from each member of the team to transform them into, not just sales pro's, but Sales Entrepreneurs. [Sales Entrepreneur is a sales professional who is an irreplaceable talent. Their work is connected to their purpose and they assume significant accountability for the inherent risks and the outcomes of conducting sales transactions in a region, territory or to specific customers.] This is a 10-month Course that employs e-learning methods as well as on-site instruction, strategy and model building. Extraordinary learning and networking opportunities with top thought leaders are provided quarterly. The Sales Entrepreneur Institute is in pilot currently and will launch nationally, Fall 2011.
