- Aliviane, Inc. is a minority-governed, nonprofit community-based organization with 44-years of experience providing promotion, prevention, intervention, and treatment services in West Texas. Since 1970, the agency has grown in its innovative approach to substance abuse and mental health services for all members of our community, especially those living in disparity. Today, Aliviane is the most experienced behavioral health system for individuals and families in our region. The agencys mission is to provide a comprehensive and integrated continuum of high quality trauma informed behavioral health, interventions, treatment, and education services. The agency also specializes in supportive and intensive treatment services that are specific to the needs of homeless Veterans referred from the local El Paso VA Health Care System. The agencys experience spans across several generations of serving families with best practice and evidenced-based initiatives that are gender specific, culturally competent, trauma informed, family centered, and focused on supporting the needs of participants as it relates to housing, education, employment, civic restoration, health & wellness, transportation, parenting, community involvement, faith-based connections, and a life thats free of drug and alcohol use.
