    • Since 1939 Neff & Associates has provided engineering, planning and surveying services for various private, semi-private and municipal organizations in the northeastern counties of Ohio and has engaged in projects in Pennsylvania, Indiana and Florida. In the past Neff & Associates has performed consulting services for the counties of Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Portage and Wayne. The Firm has been Engineers for the Cities of Parma Heights, Seven Hills, Sheffield Lake, North Ridgeville, South Amherst, Streetsboro and Middleburg Heights.The Firm has had experience in a variety of public and private work including highways, sanitary and storm sewers, waste water treatment facilities, water distribution networks, commercial, industrial, and residential site development projects, earth filled dams, hydraulic studies as well as rehabilitation and relocation studies. Neff & Associates also provides expert testimony for claimants and defendants in lawsuits requiring engineering opinions. In 1994, the Firm added Landscape Architectural Design to its ongoing list of services.The Firm presently employs engineers and surveyors who possess various degrees of expertise and are registered in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky.
