Health Benefits and Wellness support to assist fully and partially self-funded hospitals and their community employers with having the cost effective programs necessary to maintain the health, productivity, and quality healthcare for their employees. Care Coordination/Management to assist local medical professionals and care teams with improving patient outcomes through best practices. IT/Analytics to assess beneficiary needs, set improvement goals and strategies, and target individual interventions. Quality Improvement/Reporting to demonstrate performance and support performance improvement initiatives. Network Support to leverage our existing relationships across the spectrum of services our patients will need.
