• STEICO Industries Inc. was formed April 2001 as a prime manufacturer of precision Tube and Duct and Welded Assemblies to the world's major airframe manufacturers and their sub tiers servicing the commercial, regional and defense sectors; we produce build to print assemblies to customer specifications.Our facilities are built into lean manufacturing work cells focused on quality utilizing an assortment of KPI tools, set up and cycle time reductions while maintaining high ratings of 6S standards. We are focused on process and continuous improvement with a culture that is like no other. Lean manufacturing is evident in all aspects of the company without question and is a way of life at STEICO.Our manufacturing capabilities utilize the latest state of the art CNC equipment and 3D modeling systems including Catia, Pro E, Solid Works and many more. The products we manufacture include all tube and duct assemblies carrying any fluid or gas, as well as structural tubes, pushrods, torque tubes and tie rods through 3.5 diameter. We work with a wide variety of materials including aluminum, steel, titanium, inconel, and other alloys and produce parts of all complexities.STEICO has developed a method of designing and manufacturing precision jigs and fixtures rapidly. This process is considered confidential however it allows STEICO to introduce a new tool to the production floor in days v.s weeks or months with extreme accuracy and low cost.We manufacture products to exact customer specifications. These specifications are met by directly downloading tube bending coordinate data (supplied by the customers 3D models or reverse engineering laser scanning from dimensioned drawings or from sample parts or fixtures) into a central network that communicates with all CNC equipment, engineering and planning desktops.
