• In July of 2014, Evergreen Industrial, Ltd. was founded by Lafe Herrick and Curt Brinker to salvage a construction project that was abandoned by a bankrupt general contractor. Both Curt and Lafe wasted no time in asserting control over the project and putting things on a successful track. Through the course of completing this project Curt and Lafe recognized the opportunity in the market and elected to commit themselves full time to building a business in Northern Colorado. Evergreen Industrial is focused on all aspects of general contracting work with an emphasis on industrial, manufacturing and commercial opportunities. Our team has over 50 years of combined experience in the general contracting business and has the expertise to manage any project type. One of the businesses core focuses is delivering projects on schedule under tight time constraints. To achieve this objective, Evergreen Industrial has its own steel erection crew to ensure that labor is never a limiting factor on our construction projects and that building enclosure can happen as quickly as possible. Evergreen Industrial is actively engaged in bringing new self-performed elements under our roof to enhance our ability to deliver to clients on time and on budget. In an industry that is dominated by traditional ways of thinking our organization is focused on bringing new ideas and fresh perspectives to the fold.
