We offer turnkey fabrication, machining, material processing and assembly solutions. TAMS has a 66,750 sq. ft. facility with machining, fabrication, assembly, hydro-testing and material processing capabilities. We have CNC lathes, CNC mills, beam/HSS profiler, pipe profiler, two HD plasma burn tables, two saws, press brake, turning rolls, shear, over 30 welding machine stations, hydro testing capabilities and a paint shop on property. We have 325 long fabrication bays with 30 ton and 15 ton overhead crane capacity. We are sitting on approximately 100 acres that includes one rig pad behind our facility. Our products and services reach customers in four continents and our team of experts represents more than 100 years of consolidated experience in heavy steel equipment for the energy sector. We are API Q1 and 4F certified and working on more API certifications to expand our reach in the oil and gas market. TAMS is an active member of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), the Houston Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute (API), the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC), the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce (GTACOC), the Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME) and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).
