• Hartford HealthCare Senior Services is a not-for-profit integrated healthcare system. Its primary mission is to enhance the health and well-being of senior citizens throughout Central Connecticut. Its skilled nursing, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation communities include Jerome Home in New Britain, Southington Care Center and Jefferson House.* Assisted living communities include The Orchards at Southington, Mulberry Gardens of Southington, Arbor Rose at Jerome Home and Cedar Mountain Commons.* Adult day care is offered at Mulberry Gardens of Southington and Mulberry Gardens at Marian Heights in New Britain. The Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging acts as a resource center for older adults and their caregivers that provides mobile assessments referral guidance on a myriad of aging issues. The Center has locations within The Hospital of Central Connecticut, Bradley and New Britain General campuses as well as MidState Medical Center.
