    • The Mission Project is a not-for-profit organization that enables adults with developmental disabilities, such as Down syndrome and autism, to live and work on their own with individualized support. Participants have their own apartments in Mission, Kan. Like others their age, they hold jobs, pay bills, cook meals and socialize with friends. They exercise, travel together and serve their community. In short, they live fully. A unique organization, The Mission Project is a triumph for participants and their loved ones. We hope you'll support us as we continue to grow and reach out to others with disabilities who would thrive in a program like ours.
