RISE is functional fitness, blended with teamwork, technology and science then capped with a healthy dose of obstacle race training. We believe in functional fitness training hard with complex movements, unique tasks, physical obstacles and activities that take you outside of your comfort zone, and keep you there until you realize youre capable of far more than you thought.We are vastly different than any other fitness facility in the region. There are no mirrors here; there are no rows of mass-market cardio equipment and there are no traditional exercise machines. Weve taken key elements of bootcamp training, functional fitness, obstacle course racing and endurance challenges to bring a unique hybrid approach to physical fitness.There are no shortcuts.
