We support small estate farmers by partnering local business with eco-friendly agriculture to provide industry-leading wages and pricing. The individual farmers, coffee pickers, and mill operators who produce our single-estate coffees enjoy prices and wages that far exceed industry standards.Alongside our single-estate coffees we also roast a number of cooperatively grown, Fair-Trade, organic, and naturally grown coffees. These co-op communities benefit from equitable wages, and the provision of essential goods and services.
