- CAI Foods, a division of Central Amusement International, oversees the culinary endeavors in and around Luna Park in Coney Island. It began in 2013 with ventures including Place to Beach, a sleek bar & cantina featuring delicious Mexican-inspired cuisine adjacent to the Boardwalk, along with the Cyclone Café, located inside Luna Park on Coney Island right next to one of Americas most beloved roller coasters, the Cyclone. With traditional amusement park favorites, fresh brick-oven pizza and outdoor seating, the Cyclone Café provides something for the whole family. On Memorial Day 2014, CAI Foods opened the first White Castle Express location located in an amusement park. Two locations are featured, one on Surf Avenue and West 10th Street and the other on Stillwell Avenue. Because of the overwhelming success CAI Foods will open a third location at the historic B&B Carousell. During the 2015 season, Ferrari's Pizza and Coney's Cones were introduced to guests. Ferrari's pizza is the perfect spot for guests to indulge in classic New York pizza! CAI Foods acquired the popular boardwalk favorite, Coneys Cones. CAI Foods added their own new spin with handcrafted gelato made from the finest Italian ingredients. A Gelato expert from Italy with years of experience creates delicious recipes with fresh fruits, decadent chocolate and more, making for a unique experience never before tasted on Coney Island. Coneys Cones is featured on the boardwalk as well as at a kiosk inside Luna Park. For 2016, a new location will be open on Stillwell Ave. Also for 2016 are funnel cakes and Sno-Biz kiosks. Over at the Cyclone Cafe, is the Cyclone Burger, paying homage to the iconic Coney Island Cyclone, the burger will be sure to leave a mouth-tingling impression for guests!
