We use an open floor plan with 6 Large flat screen televisions around the facility. On each of the screens there are two exercises. You do each exercise twice and you spend 5 Minutes at each screen, hence the 5 Minute Fitness Gym. It is set up great for going through with a friend if you like to have a partner to workout with. The exercises are low weight and high repetition geared towards full body workouts that allow us to tone and burn calories while we strengthen muscles. This is not a body building gym, however it is easy to add weight to strengthen certain parts of the body. There are six stations giving you a quick full body 30 minute workout. We run a set of exercises Monday and Tuesday, a different set Wednesday and Thursday , and a combination on Friday and Saturday. This gives you direction from the staff though out the week . We are constantly changing the screens so you will never get bored. There is a Timer up on the wall that tells you right where to be and when to move. You are sure to get the most out of your 30 Minutes. It is set up for a member to go through the system on their own,but with access to as much or less assistance as they want. This fitness location is unique among many other in the industry today. It offers a select way to structure a fitness plan to your life style and goals. We provide a setting that gives you the motivation and a positive atmosphere to get the most from your quick session.
