Manage cut-over support of new agent groups through hands-on training and documented procedures. Create call-processing menus and messaging resources to support call flows, including obtaining approved verbiage, securing and recording voice talent, and testing/implementing menus/messages. Consult with supervisors to analyze, formulate and create customized historical reports using Contact Center's custom report generation component. Design, program and maintain PBX resources as they relate to Contact Center.
