The brownie is made here with Michel Cluizel chocolate, Vermont Cultured butter, organic flour, organic eggs, Muscavado sugar, Madagascar vanilla, sea salt and a dash of Brown ale. Il Laboratorio del Gelato´s Vanilla Chocolate Chunk gelato nestles between the two brownie cookies for a truly decadent treat. There are now six luscious varieties of Ice cream sandwiches made on premises.
