Gilbert Associates, Llc

Description

• Fish, Gilbert & Associates, L.L.C. is a consulting firm founded by Kathleen Fish-Gilbert, a Professional Educator with more than 30 years' experience in all aspects of Education - teaching, administration, and consulting, and Harry Gilbert, an Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Specialist, and Consultant. FGA services small to medium size organizations and business units of large enterprises striving to transform operational performance to meet both tactical and strategic goals. We leverage a wide variety of knowledge and experience and apply these experiences, techniques, and proven methodologies to organizations that can not justify hiring much larger consulting firms. Our philosophy is simple: every challenge is made up of many small problems. The key to meeting challenges is to identify and prioritize the root cause of problems, and employ proven principles and methodologies to eliminate them one by one. As your people and performance continually improve, operational excellence will be achieved and maintained. FGA specializes in transforming your internal operations to reach business and educational objectives. Our analysis will reveal which of your organization's processes, policies, structure and performance management systems could individually or collectively restrict your ability to achieve the highest levels of operational excellence, resulting in sub-par results. FGA will systematically root-out the fundamental sources limiting performance, mobilize internal working teams to generate the transformation agenda and initiatives, and orchestrate implementation to sustain benefits.
