- Our patented pellet products use recycled tires and Recycled Asphalt Pavement to create rubberized, permanent pothole repairs. Products include PelletPATCH with virgin aggregate, PelletRAP with fractionalized RAP and RAP Booster that rejuvenates recycled asphalt pavement. With the use of the Asphalt Patch Master portable, trailer mounted system, Hot Mix Asphalt On Demand is created in less than 15 minutes by heating the dry mix to a temperature of between 350 - 375 degrees directly at the pothole repair site. The rubberized patch can be driven over by trucks and cars almost immediately after application. No more wasted trips to the asphalt plant and no wasted material. This process mitigates liability by properly compacting the patch and avoiding the use of temporary solutions i.e. cold patch that is simply tamped down resulting in loose debris and a chronic pothole that requires re-patching more than one time.
