• For the past 25 years, I have been on a journey to find the most effect relaxation techniques and coping skills that truly compliment the principles of my biofeedback practice. I believe in my eclectic background that will guide my clients to their highest potential in overcoming stress related illnesses, rising above the traumas they have endured and creating a life that is serving their highest purpose. Together, we will travel the journey of Mind-Body awareness to find your purpose, passion and a deeper understanding of the many ups and downs along your life path. It is through our symptoms of pain, anxiety, stress and trauma that lead us to a Greater sense of listening, honoring and growing far beyond our expectations when you have the tools this unique biofeedback experience offers. Symptoms will be eliminated, energy will be restored and a new respect for the flow of life will be within your grasp in just a few sessions. The initial session is approximately 90 minutes and follow up sessions are approximately 55 minutes. In addition to traditional biofeedback (EMG, Temperature training, GSR, Heart Rate Variability and blood pressure), my expertise is in Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistics, Reiki, and Psych-K. Through the Triple A Model to Wellness: Awareness, Acceptance and Action, a customized treatment plan will be designed just for you and your needs, so that you may enjoy good health for many, many years to come.
