• ROCK Commercial Real Estate, LLC was the vision of its four founding partners, Dave Keech, Dave Bode, Ted Turnbull, and Sandy Rotz. The partners formed the company when they came to a turning point in their careers. The partners shared a common set of traditional core values and the company is still operated under those core values today. ROCK opened in November 2001 in a 1,750 SF office in the Industrial Plaza of York complex located at 160 Roosevelt Avenue. There initially were five employees. The TEAM grew tremendously over a short period of a time. In November 2003, ROCK moved to its current headquarters on the first floor of the Susquehanna Commerce Center located at 221 West Philadelphia Street in York. The ROCK TEAM exists to be the trusted professional for comprehensive and strategic commercial real estate services throughout the super-regional marketplace.
