This process alone is known to save property owners tens of thousands of dollars. Second, Ashokan designs and installs a sub meter system and bills your tenants directly for their water use. In our experience, tenants who are held accountable for their water consumption use about 15% less water than those who are not. Third, Ashokan monitors your water usage for all units, gives you detailed reports on your consumption, and detects and fixes any leaks that could be costing you water and money.
