• Leveraging more than 30 years of building and operating small to medium enterprises, Michael Langhout provides coaching and mentoring to executives operating companies or non-profits whose main desire is rapid growth. Services include team building and alignment, strategy thinking, execution planning, meeting and retreat facilitation, and development of customer centric business models. As Founder and Managing Director of Langhout International, LLC, Michael Langhout has served in various capacities, including interim CEO and Executive Director. Prior to founding Langhout International, Michael was an entrepreneur / founder of several companies in the healthcare services, medical technology and packaging industries. Michael is effective working with the CEO, the senior leadership team, and with board members, and equally comfortable working with managers out on the shop floor. Michael has worked with clients throughout the U.S., Canada, and other international locations, serving their unique and special needs. Michaels approach is to seek to understand the needs of the client, their passion for doing what they do, their culture and people, and their desire to grow. He then works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define the growth strategies, and build an execution plan with accountability. Positive change can be difficult, but without a plan and roadmap most companies will never achieve their full potential. Michael Langhout's experience ranges from Fortune 500 companies, to small and medium enterprises. He has started and led the growth of several companies in the packaging, medical technology and health care services sectors. His special interest is in helping companies develop customer-centric business models. Michael graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a BA, and from the University of Washington with an MBA.
