Our processes developed are used to help us make precision quality repeated parts from CNC Machining, EDM Machining and Injection Molding for the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Energy, Medical, Oil & Gas and Industrial industries.CNC 5-axis production machining of compressor wheels, impellers, and propellers up to a 32 diameter for the turbocharger, locomotive, and power generation industries is our specialty niche. Materials that we can machine include and are not limited to: Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Titanium and Aluminum. We also support our customers with a full compliment of supporting CNC 3-axis mills, CNC lathes and turning centers, and EDM sinker and wire equipment.For injection molding, SAS's engineers and tool makers work hand in hand to develop custom injection mold tooling. This allows the best part design for mold-ability while reducing cost and time.SAS is located outside Cleveland in Solon, Ohio.
