• Taijiquan was introduced to the human realm many centuries ago by the enlightened master Chang San-Feng. Created as an internal martial art and a tool for spiritual liberation, the art encompasses the principles of relaxing and yielding, helping to develop the skill to neutralize and let go of stress, ultimately transcending the limitations of body and mind.The form has evolved into a series of postures that connect and flow into each other in a slow, fluid manner.
