• Ascension Global Solutions (AGS) is a Massachusetts-based Woman and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing lifecycle acquisition support services to DoD and Federal Agencies. AGS co-founders, Susan Thibodeau and Bert Rogers, have over 30 years of military, Government civilian and contractor support experience and held Executive level positions at an Inc. 500/5000 consulting firm working side-by-side developing, growing and executing new business. AGS was created from these life-long experiences with an emphasis on developing a culture, management structure and benefits/rewards package that focuses on our customer-facing employees. From the President/CEO, to HR to Finance, we all are here to support our frontline staff who make a difference with our customers on a daily basis.
