• Nutrition Conditioning is a nutrition consulting practice founded by nutritionist Heidi Skolnik. Heidi oversees the sports nutrition programs at the NY Knicks basketball team, The Juilliard School, the School of American Ballet and Fordham University. She also sees individuals at The Womens Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery. Heidi's previous clients include the NY Giants football team and the NY Mets baseball team. She also has worked with professional athletes from the NHL, MLS and WNBA, as well as Olympic-level judo competitors, professional cyclists, marathoners and collegiate wrestlers. Heidi sits on the board of The National Osteoporosis Foundation and the board of the Dr. Oz show. Heidi is author of Grill Yourself Skinny and co-author of Nutrient Timing for Peak Performance. An expert resource for national media, Heidi has appeared on Dr. Oz, Live! With Kelly, So You Think You Can Dance, The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Early Show, CNN American Morning and Headline News, Primetime, 20/20, Extra and the Food Network. She is a contributing advisor to Mens Health magazine and frequently serves as a nutrition consultant to newspapers and national magazines, such as Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Prevention, Runners World and Self.
