• We are a meal prepping company offering delicious, healthy, custom meals which are also delivered. We have thousand possible meal combinations! and since our meals are so flexible, we are able to serve all type of customers; from the gym enthusiast that have strict eating habits, to the average Joe/Jane that needs a small push to help the hard work at the gym finally show. As well as other type of goals like low carb, healthy weight maintain, lean gain and paleo. Our meals are very convenient since they are already cooked, proportioned and kept in air tight containers; allowing them to stay fresh until they are heated and consumed. All our meals are made with whole foods, no artificial sweeteners or flavors, and no processed foods. Our seasonings are low sodium, we cook with good fats and yet, we keep it low fat. Our biggest concern is freshness, that's why we buy all of our main ingredients from local butchers and local farmers. None of our ingredients are ever frozen and your meals will never be frozen either before reaching your hands. We take the time to calculate the macros and basic nutritional content of your meals -Calories, protein, carbs, fats, and fiber - so you can easily keep track of what you consume. This information is printed on the label of your meal, and incase you need more information, we also calculate the Weight Watchers Point Plus Value. How it works: Pick 1 protein (size desired) and 2 sides (carbs or veggies, size desired). -Repeat to order more combinations. We cook twice a week, Sundays and Wednesdays. The meals will be delivered to homes the same day, and business/gyms the following day in the AM. Orders must be placed 2 days prior to delivery days.
