- My name is Dan Ellsworth and I am the owner of Precision Homes of Canton, Inc. I am a second generation home builder with a B.S. degree in Engineering from Brigham Young University. I work out of my home office in Canton, GA and build primarily in the following counties: Cherokee, Bartow, Cobb, Pickens, and Gilmer. We emphasize communication, quality control, and customer satisfaction in our building process. We have improved our communication process with our customers by having weekly meetings on site, speaking or emailing our customers daily or as needed, having clearly written change orders, and by simply making returned calls a priority. We have improved our quality control system by tracking defects at the building site and creating improvement strategies to avoid future occurances. We also use quality inspection sheets to inspect each phase of the building process. We have improved our customer satisfaction by sending surveys to our customers to find out what they liked and what they thought we needed to improve in our building process.
