Total solution financing is available for their Building Portfolio Energy Management System, making investments cash flow positive from the day the system is installed. Our mission is to reduce the energy footprint of our built environment and to accelerate the evolution of the Smart Grid. We are dedicated to delivering energy management retrofit solutions to cut costs, drive energy efficiency and lower energy usage in commercial buildings.In addition to innovating economical energy efficiency and smart grid ready options for midsize buildings, Incenergy also provides energy monitoring capability to a Smart Grid pilot with utility Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative. For the Pecan Street Project, a U.S. Department of Energy Smart Grid pilot program, our platform is monitoring natural gas, water, and electricity usage.
