Active3DB established in January, 2009, was born out of Development Technologies Network, LLC. which has been doing business in the Technology and Construction Development fields in Hawaii, for a decade.FinishLine was originally developed in 2006 when a prominent Hawaii Developer presented Robert McIntosh, President of Active3DB and FinishLine Software LLC and his lead software developer Sivan Leoni with the Punch List management dilemma that they had experienced developing luxury high rise condominium projects in the past. After securing a joint-marketing and development agreement with them, FinishLine was born.After implementation of FinishLine on 7 projects in Hawaii, Robert launched Active3DB and through website marketing and word of mouth, FinishLine is now being used on a daily basis in 5 different countries by 2500 users. The FinishLine Pro App works on iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphones/Tablets, Windows Tablets, Laptops and PC's.
