Traditional real estate agents spend a lot of time prospecting for new listings, approximately 90% of their time just trying to find someone to let them list their home for sale. Then once they got the listing they spend a lot of time running around stocking flyer boxes, holding open houses and so on... Because of our reduced commission, we spend virtually ZERO time prospecting and with the home-owner doing some of the typical basic marketing items such as, stocking the flyer box or holding their own open houses, we can afford to reduce our listing commission to 1% compared to the traditional 3.3% listing commission. Even more importantly, many of clients enjoy working in partnership with us to market and sell their homes.This new business model has proven to be extremely successful and has enable Greg Messick, our listing broker, to sell more homes this last year than any other listing agent in Oregon.
