• The Occupational Development Center is a Vocational Rehabilitation Center for individuals with disabilities. Here at ODC we focus on helping individuals develop the necessary skills to find and maintain suitable, sustainable employment. We are able to provide individuals with the opportunity to work in our 13 facilities as employees of ODC, while others are able to be placed in the community working a variety of jobs such as janitorial, dishwashing ,shelf stocking and much more.In order to provide quality services to our consumers, we have three manufacturing locations, Bemidji, Thief River Falls and Buhl, that can custom taylor wood cutting & processing, packaging & specialty crating, powder coating and plasma cutting services.ODC, Inc. has worked for decades to develop lasting relationships with local and US Wide companies. A sample of companies we have worked with include: Polaris, Arctic Cat, Menards, Aramark, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and many more.
