• Neighborhood Rescue of America (NRA) is 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Christian Schoyen, who created a 10 step system to turn around struggling low-income ethnic communities in the US fighting crime, to help the 9 million children and their pets living there. The system was first applied in the most dangerous community in Las Vegas where ESR as part of their company's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility program recruited a winning rescue team, then next implemented the 10 step system, achieving a 75% reduction in violent crime. The successful turnaround, which was conducted without government funding had a positive $10 million economic development impact for Las Vegas, which included a +100% increase in property prices (implemented in the 8 target locations, will result in an annual positive economic impact of estimated +$100 million for Nevada). The project also secured an estimated +$1 million worth of press coverage (Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, Telemundo, KLCV + various newspapers). NRA assists on on-going basis struggling African-American and Hispanic communities throughout the US through recruiting winning rescue teams through ESR's CRS program and through workshops for law enforcement in the proven 10 step system, which includes how to empower the residents and bridge the police with the community. NRA's proven work model is also presented in the training manual, Neighbohood Rescue - How to fix low-income African-American and Hispanic communities and in the multi award winning feature documentary; Vegas Vikings - The 21 Day Challenge. To provide local support NRA works closely with key local organizations to provide volunteers and expertise.
