• With the mission to provide the comfort of home and a community of support for patients and families traveling to St. Louis, HavenHouse has earned an international reputation for service and care. HavenHouse is St. Louis's Hospitality House of Choice serving 19 area medical facilities. We are the region's only hospital hospitality house that provides 24/7 full-service supports to its patients of all ages with any medical condition and their families. HavenHouse exists because St. Louis is a hub of technological advances in medicine, and draws people worldwide for its excellence in medical care. We serve approximately 8,000 people a year (includes patients and family members). Conveniently located in West County, HavenHouse sits on 19 acres owned by YouthBridge Community Foundation. The building is 25,000 square feet, consisting of 32 spacious bedrooms, all with private baths. HavenHouse operates 24 hours daily, 365 days per year, so that families can arrive for check-in at any time of the day or night and may make future reservations up to one year in advance.Approximately 1,400 volunteers give their time to HavenHouse annually. Volunteers include board members, young professional board members, individuals engaged in a particular project that benefits HavenHouse, companies and large groups who wish to contribute their time to clean, re-decorate a room, provide meals, or help with our annual fundraising events.We invite you to check us outas a guest, health-care professional, volunteer or donor.
