• Sandy Van, was named one of the top attorneys by Nevada Business Press, Desert Companion, and Super Lawyers, in 2013, 2014, and 2015, respectively. She also clerked for the Honorable David Barker, District Judge, Clark County, Nevada (currently the Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada). Ms. Van has practiced in Bankruptcy Court and District Court in areas of civil litigation, business litigation matters, real estate matters, deficiency issues, foreclosures, contract matters, personal injury matters, collection matters, and bankruptcy. In the past she has practiced in Mortgage Banking Law. She also worked against many HOA firms and collection agencies in their collection activities. She has assisted many homeowners in saving millions of dollars in negative equity and also assisted many homeowners in obtaining waivers of deficiency, and relocation assistance money. She has also assisted some homeowners with saving their credit while short selling their home while current. Sandy Van was admitted to the Nevada Bar and to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada 2007. She is also admitted to practice in Federal Court United States District Court, District of Nevada. She is a member of the Clark County Bar, State Bar of Nevada, Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.
