• Assured Space Access Technologies, Inc. (ASAT) was incorporated in 2001 and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Arizona, with offices in California. Since inception, ASAT has specialized in Satellite System Design, Assembly, Integration and Test Engineering, Analysis, and Reporting. We provide subject matter experts in Electro-Optical Infrared Sensors, Spacecraft Bus Subsystems, Modeling and Simulation, Software Development, C4ISR Systems and Weather Satellite Systems. This corporate experience is what enables ASAT to establish ourselves as a unique provider of Commercial Satellite Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C) services.In June of 2013, ASAT Ground Systems Inc was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of ASAT. ASAT-GS was formed as an S-Corporation in Arizona and shares a common headquarters with the parent company. ASAT-GS has formed a partnership with two leading edge manufacturers in the aerospace industry; Communication and Power Industries, Inc (CPII), a leading manufacturer of ground station antenna systems; and RTLogic, a Kratos Company, the world leader in satellite command and control signal processing systems. ASAT-GS formed these strategic partnerships in order to gain access to the hardware and software capabilities that will enable ASATs entry and growth in the government and commercial Satellite Command and Control market. ASAT-GS will be a global provider of satellite communications services to the US Government, commercial, academic, and nonprofitresearch centers who build, launch, and operate space technology to achieve their organizational and mission objectives. Our services will enable automated, web-based access on a pay-per-use basis, and will eliminate the need for our customers to burden their satellite programs with expensive dedicated satellite-Earth ground stations and infrastructure. ASAT-GS will be the ONLY U.S. owned and operated small business to provide these services on a global scale.
