We will have our new in-house training facility to certify all of our employees prior to releasing them on any projects rather soon. With a 4 week orientation, training & certifications program in place for all our employees this will better position us for overall abilities through providing national standards for each of our clients. This will also produce the best of breed installers in the country. TPS is a telecommunications deployment, implementation and management firm; in short (we work on cell phone towers).
