• Gourmet Living is for those with a serious appetite for Life! Sure, our recently company brand intends to pitch a few products, but our primary goal is to enrich all of our lives through a disciplined and educational approach to discovering and using great food products from around the world. What better way to enjoy life than sitting at a table with good food and wine and pleasurable company. We are focusing our effort into four major categories: -Balsamic Vinegar: Balsamic vinegar will generally appear with a bottle of olive oil at most restaurants in Italy. We love authentic balsamic vinegar and have applied and received authorization from the Italian Consortium to market Balsamic Vinegar from Modena under our own brand. We offer a premium brand of balsamic vinegar (goccia oro) and two traditional balsamic vinegars that have been aged in barrels for 12 and 25 years. -Olive Oil: Toward the end of 2015, we will be introducing an exceptional extra virgin olive oil from California. A special blend of Tuscan olive oil will be launched in 2016 under the Gourmet Living label and we are hopeful of adding both a Spanish and Greek olive oil in 2017. -Sea Salt: Salt is an essential condiment to raise the flavor profile of most products. Sadly, many American are rather skittish about their salt intake, but are probably unaware that 75% of their daily salt intake comes from processed foods and that many salts are over-processed. We use salt as a finishing salt and are thrilled to introduce our Mediterranean Sea Salt trio from Cyprus. -Natural Sugars: Over the next 3 years, we are hopeful of introducing our own brand of organic Vermont maple syrup, agave and a specialty honey. We dont use many sugars in our diet, but do believe that there is something to be said for eating natural sugars.
