• The Blade Group LLC is a firm specializing in corporate cohesive services. We do this through visual media and small unit leadership development. Everything we do is committed to increasing human cohesion within teams, so businesses can #AccomplishTheMIssion. Our Founder & CEO, Gary Xavier is a former Marine Corps Scout Sniper, Ironman Athlete, World's Toughest Mudder, PGA Golf Professional and 3rd Degree Black Belt. Gary uses his experiences in competition and work paired with group cohesion and leadership science to form the basis for our speech/training content. Our name came from a discussion between Gary and his brother in-law by a fire pit over a glass of whiskey. They shared a personality trait about discovering new frontiers for their own careers and the metaphor to describe the level of discomfort, bliss and insight from this way of thinking came in the form a BLADE. Blade is an acronym. It stands for Bold Living Always Demands Exploration. We believe that human nature has many benefits, but at times we must defy our nature in order to do work that makes our world better. We have soft & hard qualities. Combined, this makes us a weapon so strong, we don't need to war, our focus is on uniting people and doing the very hard work of discovering new frontiers. This is the mindset we wish to bring to your organization.
