• We desire to help pastors and ministry leaders thrive now and in the future in areas of ministry effectiveness and overall health, as well as in their personal and spiritual lives. Our peer learning groups foster relationally safe, trustworthy environments for pastors and ministry leaders to process their real life issues and get real life solutions. We eat together and play together (because its fun). We also hold each other accountable, pray for each other, and dive deeply into one another's lives as we face challenges together and strive to develop and grow. We are convinced that leaders suffer in isolation, but they heal and change in community. We have seen real life transformation happen countless times in and through our learning groups, and thats we continue to invite others to participate. Our Basic Structure for Peer Learning Groups is: Meet 1x/month with 8-12 peopleLed by well-trained facilitator who has a heart to serve pastors and ministry leadersThe facilitator provides 1-on-1 coaching 1x/month to each group memberThe Key Components of these Peer Learning Groups are: Customized leadership, spiritual, and personal development Strategic collaboration with like-minded ministry leaders Effective assessment tools and resources that improve effectivenessOne-on-one leadership coachingIntentional investment, mentoring, and presentations from seasoned leaders
