However, when "comprehensive" turns into just "complex", the whole philosophy and impact of engagement begins to backfire. We are NOT waging war against survey's. We mitigate risk, because we believe in our technology, behavioral science and the results we know we can deliver. We've found that neat things happen when you actually build a solid product and your sole mission around providing genuine, good 'ol customer service and support (from humans)...Customers tend to keep using that product and you don't need contracts to "hold them in".
