• We negotiate the oh-so-loved short sale for both Realtors (so they don't have to do the work) and for the homeowner in default so that foreclosure can be avoided. Our goal is stop 100 foreclosures in a calendar year with successful short sale closings, and with a very loyal following of Austin Realtors, we're well on our way!We also provide educational classes through title companies and direct to brokerages in an effort to improve the understanding of short sales. In our opinion, it's very important that Realtors know the details of how short sales are negotiated, but it's NOT important that they DO the work - that's where we come in! We're able to take the burden of the short sale off of the Realtor's plate so they can focus on SELLING! After all, that's why they're Realtor's, right?We've been in business since November of 2007, and have negotiated hundreds of transactions with all kinds of different complexities. Whether there are IRS liens, mechanics liens, judgments, survey issues, tax liens, or simply one mortgage, it doesn't matter....we can handle it. Actually, the more complicated the deal, the better we like it.
