- Crossroads School is an option for children with moderate to severe challenging behaviors that may preclude them from inclusion in public school environments. We are dedicated to helping our students acquire the academic, social, and vocational skills necessary to achieve their highest possible level of independence as adults.Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary educational program based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to our students with autism.We believe that all individuals have a fundamental right to an education that promotes the greatest degree of personal independence. Personal independence for each individual with a disorder is achieved through an educational partnership between school, community, and family.Crossroads places a strong emphasis on family involvement in the development of school programming as well as active support and contribution to families success after school hours.
