This locally owned gem offers wood-fired dishes in an 1890s warehouse space boasting exposed brick, flickering gas lanterns and a bustling open kitchen. In the main dining room, 16 foot ceilings, spectacular overhead lighting, a central bar comprised of reclaimed wood all overlook Montgomerys downtown alley. Central is a proud collaboration between Montgomerian Jerry Kyser, owner, and Bob Amick of Atlantas Concentrics Restaurants, an award-winning restaurant consulting and development firm.
