Tig Technologies, Inc.

Description

• Tig Technologies, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of custom piping solutions for the transmission and distribution of corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. We specialize in welding and fabrication of duplex and super-duplex materials. From our Jupiter, Florida facility, our work has been installed throughout the United States and internationally. With over 40 years experience, we are well known for high quality craftsmanship and value. TIG Technologies, Inc. has perfected and developed a proprietary specialized process for cold extrusion, also called branched outlets on many different metals including stainless steel and super duplex pipe up to 36 Diam Sch 40 in size-on-size or reduced branch outlets. Seamless extruded outlets eliminate the most critical juncture in any piping system where the attachment weld may not be ideal due to the possibility for corrosion. Extrusion outlets eliminate distortion and internal crevices that are present in weld-on fittings. Pulled outlets or branches reduce overall stress, corrosion and improve the longevity of completed projects. TIG Technologies, Inc. has a wide variety of high-tech equipment to manufacture quality products that meet and exceed our customers expectations. TIG Technologies, Inc. has certified welding staff with several decades of experience including ASME qualification and extensive qualifications in many leading industrial standards. TIG Technologies, Inc. has orbital capabilities and robotic automatic and semi-automatic equipment that has been developed to more efficiently complete projects.
