DFM allows for potential problems to be addressed in the design phase and not later when they are much more expensive. We consider: material type, dimensional tolerances, finishing methods, molding, tooling, draft angle. We also offer part-sourcing and manufacturing coordination.PrototypingPrototyping a design before beginning to manufacture is an important step.
