Founded in 2001, MES was originally formed by Tyco International following the acquisition subsequent merger of eight of the longest-established fire distribution and service companies nationally. Collectively these companies represented over 100 years of experience serving first responders. Since 2001 the company has expanded to 17 warehouse and customer service locations strategically located across the United States, including Alaska. With over 170 local sales representatives, 65 mobile service technicians and 15 rescue tool specialists MES has the coverage a customer needs.In 2012 MES acquired Lawmen Supply Company an established leader in law enforcement product sales. MES continues to expand the Lawmen Supply brand into new and existing territories.MES represents 80,000 products from 2,000+ manufacturers, making MES uniquely prepared to meet the needs of the emergency response community 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
