- Healthy Beginnings was established in 1993 as a Christian, non-profit medical outreach to under-resourced women in Greater Cincinnati who were at risk for poor pregnancy outcomes or abortion. From inception, our operational purpose has been to provide high-quality, life-affirming medical care to low-income women in a private office setting.Services include:- Attentive, personal prenatal care provided by Certified Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioners- Delivery at Tri-Health Hospitals - Good Samaritan or Bethesda North (St. Elizabeth for Kentucky patients)- High Definition ultrasounds- Appointments prior to Medicaid approval to help women access prompt care- Low-cost care options for those ineligible for Medicaid and without private insurance- Loving, Christian environment- One-on-one nutritional guidance from Registered Dietitians- Gift bag of baby items at postpartum visit
