The Foamply process is a PLC controlled mechanical unit that requires much less maintenance than the traditional two component FIPG systems reducing costs and up keep of the equipment and technicians. The Penguin foam system does not use any flushing solvents or waste generated by equipment purging and will not cure in the equipment avoiding costly down time of the and line stoppage typical of multiple component gasket systems.
