• Hodanish Machinery Repair was started in February 2015 after I parted ways with Welmaintained, Inc., a company that provided mechanical, electrical, and systems service, primarily to customers of Fox Machinery Associates Inc,. Hodanish Machinery Repair is located in central Pennsylvania, approximately 45 minutes west of Penn State University. I provide service to dealers such as Demmler, Mid-Atlantic and Jr. Machinery. Manufacturers such as Hyd-Mech, Comeq and Accurpress regularly utilize & recommend me to their dealers in need for anything from basic repairs to major overhauls. I also have considerable operating knowledge on many machines and can help customers that may be short-handed or inexperienced.I have extensive knowledge on all types and manufacturers of industrial machinery. Accurpress is one of my specialties, and if you inquire with Stewart Hodgson at Accurpress America he will confirm that I have experience and expertise on their full array of products and machines from standard rocker arms, to Edges and Accells. I am an Accurpress expert with training in V4 controls, rebuilding Edge hydraulic cylinders, as well as main pins and bearings on rocker arm machines. I've done retrofits such as converting old AP2 control style presses with Avantechs which required remotely mounting all of the hydraulics on the press. I excel at electronics but also know the ins and outs of machinery and can easily handle routine maintenance to extensive overhauls. I can complete Accurshear's blade flip in approx. 3 hours and other brands in 4-5 hours by myself. I mainly service PA, NJ, DE, MD, WV, VA, OH and NY, but I will travel anywhere in the US & Canada. I believe in fixing things right and making sure the machine is operating 100 percent before leaving the Customer.
