• Trans-Form LLC began in 1995 as a boutique Change Management consultancy serving top-tier financial services companies. Our clients focus in the early years was on achieving well-controlled growth strategies. However, when the industry experienced a down-cycle in volumes and profitability, Trans-Form was engaged to help firms right-size their infrastructure, lead offshoring/outsourcing initiatives and drive post-merger integration activities. The common thread in all of these large-scale change initiatives was strong, disciplined program management. Executives hire Trans-Form because we achieve desired business results.The Trans-Form partners pursued other interests for a few years, however in 2014 Trans-Form re-emerged under the leadership of one of the founding partners, David Winterstein. David continues to lead large scale change initiatives for financial services clients and has added a focus on Individual Coaching. The Coaching practice targets high performing, high potential individuals who embrace change as a means to improve their performance and enhance their personal well-being. The Coaching philosophy drives breakthrough change by enabling clients to achieve greater self-awareness, a balance with individual values and a commitment to action.
